Reason for decision

This proposal is concerned with ensuring continuity of service provision in the context of governance changes arising from the creation of a new Combined Authority in York and North Yorkshire.  Otherwise the delivery and functioning of services remains unchanged and hence no additional environmental impacts are accrued.  The terms of the agreement with the Combined Authority will ensure that it is required to comply with the Council’s Climate Change Policy.
